Hey Juls,

You did our roof last year about this time... about 6 months later, we woke up to a leak around the chimney.

I think I called you at 8:30 am that day, and by 10:30am that same morning you had 3 guys on my roof to fix it.

I think it was leaking around flashing. It was somewhat concerning at the time, but I do understand that with caulking around chimneys, and heavy wind and rain, it can happen easily enough. In any event, your guys did what needed to be done to seal it up once and for all. More importanly, we've had a LOT of rain and wind since then.. and I'm pleased to say we've had NO more leaks since.

So why email you now? well... Im just watching an episode of Holmes on Homes featuring a roofing horror story, and it made me appreciate the job you guys did. More importantly, how more then 6 months after the job was done, you "jumped" to stand behind your work and your word. And I think that impressed me more then the initial job itself.

Needless to say... were happy customers.

So, while a little overdue, I just wanted to say Thank you. By all means.. Please feel free to use us as a reference. We'd be happy to repeat this story to anyone who asks!

On behalf of the Church Council and Members of All Nations Christian Reformed Church we are writing to thank to you and your crew and as well to say congratulations on the excellent work done on our roof project.

The professionalism and work ethic shown during what must have been some very difficult situations is seldom seen today. Not only were all our needs addressed; but it was done without complaint and with cooperation as well as an attention to detail that is second to none.

We realize that at times we must have been very demanding but you went the extra step to meet these demands. It has been often said that it is the way the difficult jobs and the problems are handled that marks the true craftsman. You and your crew exemplify this.
